None of that will happen in WWJD.Quest.

We exist for one reason - to help you navigate our challenging world with compassion, grace, and in a non-judgmental way based on the wisdom and teaching of Jesus Christ.

• You will never be asked to pay to use WWJD.Quest, or pay to use a service within WWJD.Quest.

• You will always have free access to any upgrades we make to the WWJD.Quest technology.

• While we do have sponsors, they are in a separate section of the WWJD.Quest program and your conversations and interactions will never by interrupted by advertising or sponsor messages.

• Your interactions with WWJD.Quest are completely anonymous. It's technically impossible for anyone to tie your specific questions and the answers to your membership account.

• We will never sell your information to outside advertisers.

Yes, your questions and answers are kept completely anonymous. 
                      
While the AI-system can see your questions and the answers WWJD.Quest delivers so we can continually train the system to get better, they are not tied to any individual's name or email address. So, if you do not use personally identifiable information in your conversations with WWJD.Quest (certainly use your first name if you'd like so WWJD can call you by name), it is impossible for the system to see who is asking a question.

Our technology systems are purposefully designed to keep your membership information and your WWJD.Quest conversations completely separate, ensuring that your identity remains private.   
                      
Even if requested by authorities, there is no way to associate your name with any questions or answers. It is impossible for anyone at WWJD.Quest to know the name of any individual who is asking a question or having a WWJD.Quest conversation.

What if I forget my login information, or need to change my email?

When you login to WWJD.Quest, you'll see a person icon in the upper-right corner. You can click on that and control your membership information.

If you forget your password, on the login screen, you can click the "Forgot Password" link and reset it.

NOTE:  As WWJD.Quest memberships are completely free and are not tied into and of your conversations, if you do click the 'Forgot Password' link and don't receive an email to reset your password, do not worry. Just create a new membership account with a new username and password using a different email address,

Absolutely! Please encourage your family members, colleagues, and friends to create their own membership. Or, if you have children (or others) who don't want to have their own membership, you can certainly share your username and password with them.

Note that by registering to use WWJD.Quest you do agree to receive emails from us. However, the only emails you will receive will be related to new program features, update messages, and the occasional inspirational message as a reminder to login and use WWJD.Quest.

We will not sell your email address to advertisers.

If we include a sponsor message in an email, it will be as part of a WWJD.Quest email. We will not provide your email address to sponsors.

IMPORTANT:  You have 100% control over your personal information. If you would like to unsubscribe from receiving emails from WWJD.Quest, please feel free to do so. Your email subscription has no bearing on your membership and if you do choose to unsubscribe from our emails, you may of course continue to use WWJD.Quest as much as, and as often as, you would like.
